I went to pick up a U haul truck and just walking into the facility the atmosphere there was amazing. Both attendees were super nice and friendly. Customer service was amazing!! Nic was the person to help me and I say he went above and beyond. I was going to store my stuff somewhere else, but after he told me how it would be the same way at their location, plus I would get a discount for returning the truck to the same location. Not only that, it’s just how he really went out of his way to help with what storage was right for me and I just felt that this location was a safer route for me. It was coming up on closing and Nic reached out via text to see if I was interested in purchasing the unit cause they were about to close and I called him to tell him we was dropping off something and was about to head that way, he then explained that they close at 4 and would I make it by then and I told him no, he assured me it was ok and that he can do the paperwork over the phone and send everything to my email to sign and I was all set. Had no problem getting in nor finding my unit. Oh and having extra utility carts was everything to me, it helped with unloading the truck faster and finishing up. Thanks Nic, you’re the best!!“

I am Nic, the manager at your nearby Benton store. I first heard about U Storage from some college friends and knew the culture was like no job I had worked at before. I interviewed with the then-manager of our Maumelle store and after about 3 months of nagging him, he finally hired me and became my mentor.
I enjoy photography and videography, playing musical instruments, working out, and hanging out with my friends. At U Storage I don't just have good co-workers, but a great family I get to work with daily
