I started with U Storage as an assistant manager in the beginning of 2022. Within the first month alone I was able to see how different this company is from others and how much they care about serving people. The people here endorse a culture of being selfless and putting your all into your work, and I soon enough felt that culture cultivate in me. Now a year or so later, I have taken the mantle of manager here in Bentonville and plan to continue growing that culture as our U Storage family grows too.
