Now a year or so later, I have taken the mantle of manager here in Bentonville and plan to continue growing that culture as our U Storage family grows too. A+++. Getting set up with a unit for the first time was extremely quick and painless. Customer service reps were knowledgeable and friendly. Have had it for awhile now with 0 issues. Property is well-secured and clean. The only thing I would change is making it easier to change autopay payment methods. As far as I know at this time the only way is to call or visit the storefront? Though it hasn't been too much of an issue because I can still easily use another payment method manually.“
